Rum & Roses
Ingredients:
- 40ml Matusalem Platino
- 15ml Joseph Cartron Creme de Cassis
- 15ml Delicious Hibiscus Jam
- 10ml Lime Juice
- Top Ginger Ale
Direction:
- Mix all ingredients (except ginger ale) with ice cubes and SHAKE.
- Strain contents into an ice filled Collins glass and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
