Rum & Roses


  • 40ml Matusalem Platino
  • 15ml Joseph Cartron Creme de Cassis
  • 15ml Delicious Hibiscus Jam
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • Top Ginger Ale


  1. Mix all ingredients (except ginger ale) with ice cubes and SHAKE.
  2. Strain contents into an ice filled Collins glass and top with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
