Seemingly Sour


  • 40ml Sagatiba Cachaca
  • 10ml Delicious Hibiscus Concentrate
  • 15ml freshly squeezed Lemon juice
  • 10ml Boiron Apricot Puree
  • 1 nos Egg white


  1. Mix all ingredients with ice cubes and SHAKE.
  2. Strain contents into a Champagne flute.
  3. Garnish with an orange spiral.
